Folkemuseet

The Norsk Folkemuseum is Norway’s largest museum of cultural history. With collections from around the country, the museum shows traditional wooden architecture and how people lived in Norway from 1500 to the present. We walk through the open air museum, past 500-year-old Norwegian wooden cottages and through farmsteads.
