‘Chiseled from The Heart’; what do Gustav Vigeland sculptures tell us?
The collection is the largest open air sculpture park in the world. The three groups of sculptures were created over a lifespan of 30 years, but have a common theme, from the trivial and ordinary to the deeper streaks in the human destiny, from the creation of life to the inevitable death, the Cycle of Life.
